3) Accept good enough 

If you are a teacher, you will be able to learn something new from your colleagues and students on a regular basis. As a new teacher, if you want to survive yourself, you should try to accept good enough. For example, if your colleagues share an effective teaching method that is working for the betterment of students, you should leave your old teaching method and try to adopt this method. In a similar way, while taking presentations from your students, if you feel that teaching style of a particular student is effective to engage the students, you should not feel any kind of embarrassment to adopt this teaching style. 

4) Make your own rewards 

As a new teacher, you should try to make your own rewards. For example, if you have delivered a lesson in the class, your students should say that ‘Sir’, your teaching method is impressive or they have cleared their concepts. Moreover, you should also take an active part in other activities of the school and try to get appreciation from your principal. If you get a positive response from your students or get appreciation from your principal or other colleagues, you should pull it out and try to read it for an instant dose of cheer.
